Who we are

SquadPlan runs this app. If you have any questions about your data, email info@squadplan.ie.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, which we use to send you a login link. We don’t use passwords.
• Your team: club and team name, age group, codes played, training days, sessions, matches and settings.
• Training records: session effort ratings (team averages) and fitness check times. Times are entered as a group, without player names.
• Feedback: if you send feedback, we keep your message and, if you choose, a screenshot of the page you were on. We delete it once we’ve dealt with it, and within 12 months at most.

We don’t collect players’ names, dates of birth, contact details or medical information. Please don’t enter them in notes.

Why we use it

We use it only to plan your team’s training and show you your plan. We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other clubs.

Who can see your data

• You, and any coaches you invite to your team.
• The services that run the app: our database ([Supabase, region]), our website hosting ([Vercel, region]) and our email service (Resend, for login and account emails). They only hold the data to run the app for us.

How your data is stored

Your data is kept on secure servers and sent over an encrypted connection.

To make the app faster, some of your team’s plan is temporarily saved on your device. It’s removed when you log out.

Cookies

We only store what the app needs to work: keeping you logged in and remembering your settings (light or dark mode, your last calendar view). Nothing is used for tracking or advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your data is removed from the app straight away and from our backups within 10 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data at any time. Use Delete my account in Settings, or email info@squadplan.ie. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Underage teams

Accounts are for adult coaches and managers only. We don’t collect any personal data about underage players.

Changes

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you in the app if it’s a significant change.
